Bring STACK to every customer you serve

STACK Connect lets a platform give every customer’s agents access through STACK without running them all through one shared account. Each customer gets a separate STACK account and a grant limited to the agents, services and webhooks created through that connection.

One call connects a customer

Your platform sends the customer’s email, its own customer ID and the providers the integration needs. STACK creates a new account or links an existing one.

STACK Connect returns a grant for that customer. Select an account to follow its connection through the page.

A separate grant for each customer

The grant sets what the platform may do inside that customer’s STACK account. It has a fixed list of actions and providers, and it can work only with resources created through that connection.

Inside this connection
  • AgentsRegister, list and update agents created through this connection. Other agents are unavailable.
  • PassportsIssue, verify and revoke Passports for those agents. No refresh or account-wide revoke-all access.
  • ServicesConnect approved providers. No raw credentials or access to unrelated service connections.
  • TrafficSend proxy calls and manage webhooks for approved providers. Every request must match the grant, provider and resource owner.
  • Customer accountBilling, identity, credentials and governance remain with the customer.

The customer activates the connection

New customers receive an account notice. Their connection becomes active only after that notice has been delivered. If the email already belongs to a STACK account, the connection stays inactive until the customer approves it.

Once active, the platform can operate only inside the grant.

Customers keep control

Customers can see which platform holds a grant and revoke it at any time. Revocation disables the grant token and the Passports, service connections and webhooks created through it.

Everything else in the customer’s account is left unchanged.

White-label deployment

White-label is available for platforms that cannot supply customer emails or do not want a direct STACK account for each customer. The platform provisions isolated STACK tenants and manages them with tenant API keys. Each tenant has its own signing key, audit chain, webhooks and Passport surface.
